Instructions and Help about tn parenting plan printable form

Hi bill Ryan if you here with parenting with grace calm and I just want to talk a little about parenting plans now I know when you think of parenting plans you often think of parenting plans from the perspective of custody issues or discussions or agreements and so usually a parenting plan is something that is laid out that really lays out visitation and parents roles and things will do, and I mean it can be as complicated as simple as you want them to, but I think of a parenting plan of off and think of your know none of that, but I think I'm is parenting our children having a plan on doing that, and it's important that you have a plan, and you know it's kind of click, but it's true if you don't plan you plan to fail and so you know think about your child in the same of the challenges that you might face you know what is your plan in those difficult times when you feel like they're really pushing your buttons and so you know one of the things that I really think is important when you're planning, and you know if you know want to know more about that I'll, you know check out some of my other videos, but the thing about parenting plans is that you there's a number of components and one of the biggest components I think that is necessary is finding your child's strengths and the reason that is important is that I had a supervisor tell me once you will always find what you're looking for in other words if you're you're looking for bad things you know you're going to find the bad things if you're looking for good things you're going to be looking for the good things, so it's not that either one are present or always present what it is it's what you're looking for so if you sit down and make a list of all of your child's strengths these can be good things the things that they're good at things that are you know that are beneficial about them, you know assets you know just attributes that are really positive whatever that is you know maybe they're good with animals maybe they love their dog you know, and you know if they love their dog talk about how that's really functional in the way that you know what's good about loving their dog you know and so maybe it shows that they have empathy and that they can be concerned and loving towards others you know, and maybe you're not feeling that way so sit down and list a list of strengths and talk about how those strengths are helpful, and you know, and maybe you need to start a notebook or a little journal, but this is one of the things that's integral in creating a parenting plan, so I encourage it to do that don't do it when you're having a bad day or maybe you guys are at you know each other, and you know having a difficult day because you really need to have a clear frame of mind you got to be in the right mindset and that's where it all starts and part of this process of you know developing the strengths or identifying the strengths and your child is part of you know maintaining that may mindset and so...

The penalty for the late filing of a parenting plan in Tennessee depends on the circumstances. Generally, a court may impose sanctions for failing to comply with a court order, such as requiring the party to pay the other party's attorney fees. Additionally, the court may order a party to attend counseling, parenting classes, or complete other forms of education.
In Tennessee, a parenting plan is required to be filed by parents who are divorcing or separating and have minor children. The parenting plan outlines the arrangements for custody, visitation, decision-making, and other important aspects related to the care and upbringing of the children.
